COLLABORATIONS: J V: Hungry Ghost, Montserrat College of Art, Beverly MA 2011.

For Hungry Ghost J V filled a 4′X8′X2′ box with death and rainbows. Screwed it shut. They will attempt to break into the box without the use of any tools. If they are successful they will feed the ghost until its heart’s content.

Jeff Huckleberry and Vela Phelan have been collaborating since 1998. They are connected by a surreal network of intuition, which guides them into the unknown . Jeff and Vela preselect the objects needed to activate the moment and all other is left to chance.
